Peter's horrendous face smiled in amusement at this pleasant sight. While on Lucas face, a line of blood slowly traveled down to his neck, making his expression terrifying. Not wanting to give him any more chances, Peter raised his claw high, wanting to finish it for good.

"FWOOSH!" Before Peter could attack again, an arrow penetrated deep inside his right arm. Peter roared in pain as he looked at the arrow embedded in his arm. The moment Lucas saw the arrow, his pupils shrank in shock, then he looked over in the distance. There was Allison, still in a shooting position with her bow in her hand and a newly loaded arrow. Before Peter could look as well, Lucas planted his feet firmly to the ground, and then unleashed a round kick straight at Peter's jaw.

A clicking sound was heard as Peter's large body flew and hit with a thud a large tree. This sight made Scott's eyes bulge slightly in disbelief, then he looked at Lucas suspiciously. Taking the chance, Allison quickly made her way towards him. When she arrived close to him, she only got a reproachful look; this made her heart tighten for a second before relaxing.

"What are you doing here?!" Allison didn't respond, as she finally noticed her father not far away lying on the ground. She then ran towards him in panic to check if he's okay. Before she could step further, Allison felt a huge pull from behind, dragging her effortlessly. Peter's claws flashed right at the spot she was just a second ago. She looked up; she was now in Lucas' arms, her heart palpitated slightly at the sight of Peter's figure.

"Concentrate! Now you're hunting, remember your training!" Lucas didn't waste time on scolding her; they must work together now. Allison then felt his hand searching for something on her waist, when they finally stopped on a small pouch, she understood his meaning, then gave him a firm nod. Perhaps seeing that Peter was concentrating on the two of them, Scott took a chance to attack Peter's back. This only made Peter stagger a few steps forward, then he slowly turned his gaze on Scott. "GRAAWR!" The tearing across his back made Peter roar at the sky in agony. The pain was only second to the one he felt when he got burned alive. Feeling a second attack, Peter staggered hurriedly from that spot.

"What a pity!" Lucas glanced at Peter, who was now in a terrible state; his body was all covered in blood. The bullet wound didn't heal because of the wolfsbane, and it could already be seen making its effects. The arrow wound was also still bleeding because of the mountain ash coating. Peter huffed heavily as he stared with hatred at him, then looked with apprehension at the spear in Lucas' hand. He didn't pay attention at first because of it being covered, but now he regretted it.

Then his eyes began slowly losing their sanity; Peter plunged straight at him with a determination to die. Lucas pushed away Allison, then swept with the spear straight at his lower half. Before the spear could hit him, Peter used his entire arm to catch it, then swept ferociously towards his chest with his left arm. The moment his claws made contact with his skin, Peter only felt like he was scraping steel; his eyes shrank in shock at this feeling.

Before he could do anything, he felt his arm slowly twisting; Peter's red eyes stared at this scene in panic.

"You're getting weaker…Peter!" Lucas grinned as he twisted his hand, then bowed his head and shouted:"Now!" That exact moment, Allison threw a pouch filled with mountain ash and wolfsbane right in Peter's face. Peter's entire head was covered in a cloud for a brief moment, then his body convulsed in rage; Lucas in that moment gave him a kick to his chest, making him stagger back.

"GRAAWR!" Peter thrashed around in panic as the ash made its way in all parts of his face.

"SHUNK!" His movement suddenly stopped; a spear pierced from his back, traveling all the way to the other side. With his hand trembling, Peter brought it up to his chest; there he felt the hard surface of the spear. A complete silence filled the forest, as the once ferocious Alpha was now slowly losing the light in his eyes. With a thud, Peter helplessly fell to his knees. Lucas moved his hand towards his neck to finish him for good.

"Nooo!" Before he could look over, Lucas felt his body flying; the person he least expected was the one that did it. It was Scott.

"I'm sorry Lucas…but he's my only chance to become human again." Scott didn't dare to look at Lucas and bowed his head in shame. Unfortunately for him, Allison was not far from him; before he could do something further, an arrow penetrated deep inside his shoulder.

"Arghh!" Scott cried in pain, then hurriedly dodged behind a tree. Before Lucas could rejoice at this sight, a person appeared near Peter; it was Derek. Derek glanced coldly at Peter, then without hesitation swept with his claws right at his throat.

"NOOO!" Lucas eyes were filled with rage and sorrow at this sight; if you didn't know better, you would think that Peter was his uncle. Derek's body slowly stood up, his eyes flashed red.

"I'm the alpha now!"

"RAAAAGH!" An overwhelming roar erupted from Lucas, then a sudden pressure swept through everyone's bodies. Their bodies froze involuntarily, then a sharp pain followed, like someone was stinging their brains with a needle. For a split second, the red glow in Derek's eyes flickered, as if an invisible force was trying to snuff it out. Then Lucas lunged furiously at him. His claws headed straight for his throat. Just before the impact, the last thing reflected in Derek's pupils was Lucas terrifying figure.
