Seeing that he had gotten their attentions, he continued"Let's bet on who can reach the highest floor. Or at least, whoever goes higher than everyone else. I can tell you all now that I plan on reaching the tenth floor" he said with a confident smile.

"That's not a bad idea Dong Fang? What's the stake?" Another person asked.

"I'm betting a mid grade deity armament. Whoever wins gets it" The person named Dong Fang replied calmly. He was the strongest genius from the Nine knights overlord continent, the leader of the younger generation there. Naturally, his cultivation was astounding and only the other strongest geniuses from the seven overlords like Lei Jie were worthy of his attention.

"A deity armament? Alright then. I'll place a low grade mortal Dao skill" Another person spoke with a grin.

"You all think the Dao tempering tower is easy to scale? Hmph. I'll give my Sky thunder gauntlets to whoever reaches the eleventh floor." Lei Jie snorted coldly and interrupted. Since each person would literally be in a separate illusion in the tower similar to the dual sky mountain path till the seventh floor, then each person was on their own. He wasn't very worried that Li Yue'er would fail this stage unless all rank eight spirit realm warriors would also be eliminated, which was frankly impossible.

And Li Yue'er's cultivation might just be rank five spirit realm but her combat power was good even among rank eights.

"You be careful as well" Li Yue'er replied softly as they reached the huge dark entrance. Standing up close to it, it looked much more similar to a beast's mouth opening wide to swallow hundreds of youths. Long Feng nodded with a smile and stepped through the door. Immediately, all the noise and commotion from outside disappeared. He was once again standing alone in a dark space that didn't seem to have ends.

The light was dim and didn't illuminate much more than a few meters around him, and he even wounded where this light came from in this dark place. At the same time, a pressure so faint that he could barely feel it descended upon him. This pressure was released based on his unstable rank one spirit realm cultivation and was similar to the air blowing over him. He could barely sense it.

But to face those and still several rank three and two rank four beasts with a rank four spirit level was ridiculous. Unless one had higher combat power, then they would definitely fail this floor.

Fighting this pack simultaneously would instantly disqualify almost all the rank four spirit realm cultivators.
