For those that aren't being crushed, they're being hunted by the mouths of the plants. Those that are captured are screaming in pain. I can smell their flesh burning. While some Demons are being caught, after seeing what happened to their brethren, they're beginning to attack the plant stems all around them, slowly chipping away at them like chopping a tree down with an axe.

I can't speak on how hard the plants are, but the Demons fighting them are putting a lot of force into their swings and only making minor progress. Again, a thought popped into my head, "if this was it?" The reason I asked this to myself is the disposition that The God Of The Blackwood has taken. He hasn't moved, and unlike before, his anger has seemed to cool off. But why would it? He should be pissed that I saved the girls and that we're resisting his plants.

"!" Jump!" RAGHHH!" I jumped away from a plant that attempted to eat me, I should stop thinking about what could be and start focusing on what is. /Slash! CLANG! /" Seems you're having a rough time of it, My Love!" As I was thinking about how to deal with the plant that was attacking me, Sarah struck the fly trap down with a single swing of her halberd. Land. /Thump. / I landed back on the ground finally, the plant rapidly attacking me made me jump a bit stronger than I usually would.

I yell to Sarah, and she seems to get the idea. I begin to jump around and dodge the plant from attacking.

In the heat of the moment, I almost lost my mind from jumping and think of the dodging as a game. I'm starting to think I should have slept a bit longer. Now that I think about it, I don't feel like I've slept at all tonight? I wonder if that's because Angela called me to her? Regardless... /SLASH!.... CRASH! / Sarah was able to slash through the plant stem and stopped the plant's movements. Yeah, more green... Blood? /RUMBLE! CRACK! / Without a moment to spare, another plant popped up.

This one was closer than the last, but I nodded to Sarah, and I began to jump around again. Again, this doesn't seem too ba- /RUMBLE! CRACK! /"!" Why do I even bother thinking these things? Another fly trap popped up and tried to eat me. I almost thought "why do I feel like I'm being targeted?", but then I remembered that I attempted to piss off the angry God staring stoically at me currently. / While I was dodging 2 fly traps trying to eat me, Sarah struck the first down. I felt relieved a bit, and this was my mistake as a new sound filled my ears. / RUMBLE! Snap! / Grip! WRAP! STRUGGLE! TIGHTEN! Another plant broke through the ground, this time it was more like the vines that I was familiar with that the God was using. The black vines where thick and heavy, like a mast on a ship, these where thin and light, but I couldn't seem to break them.

They were wrapping themselves around my wrists and ankles, I can't move!" RAGHHH!" And another fly trap is charging forward at me like it was being shot out of a cannon!" Holy Flam-" /Slash. CRASH! / Before I could cast a Spell to stop it, I heard the sound of a blade tearing through flesh. The fly trap fell to the ground, split in half from what I would imagine is the middle of its body. A smiling face was there after the smoke cleared." Seems there's a new plant to deal with. Darling, I'll help you get out of that!" Anna had finally made her way to me, I was glad to see her, since I want to save my mana for when we attack the God Of The Blackwoods. These thin vines are an issue though, no matter how much I struggled I couldn't break out of them. In fact, they got tighter the more I tried to break out of them. I need to tell Sarah about this as well. So that way she can warn the others. I turned to face her so I could tell her." Sarah, they tighten the more that people struggle.

We need to defeat him as soon as possible before he does even more damage to Zana. The place we were fighting, I remembered it from when we were walking around Ellie and Wendy. Now with what seemed like everything that we could possibly learn about these plants and what's going on, Sarah finally used her Spell to inform everyone else. With that done, it was time to begin to advance onto the God Of The Blackwoods. Originally, we were supposed to attack him with everyone, but I think the best course of action now is to make a path with the three of us for everyone to follow.

If I can get to the place where most of the plants had popped up, I should be able to burn most, if not all of them with a single Holy Flame Spell. With that, everyone should be able to get to us so we can fight him." Sarah, Anna, I think we should charge forward to make a path for everyone else. What do you think?" I told them my idea, they didn't seem to have too much of an issue with it, but there was a complaint, but not from Sarah or Anna." Well, I'm coming too!" /Thump!

Almost to the point where her brown hair had almost become completely dyed green. Her swords were dripping in the stuff too. She's been busy. While I appreciate the help, there was a small part of me that thought it was a bad idea to have a Princess of Bestia charging into an evil God's den of black plants and probably other Magic, but we do need the help... We don't have time for this at the moment, more and more plants are bursting from the ground as we stand here. Besides, Alle can handle it.
