Even when I go to check my gardening room, I'm brushing past all sorts of plants. They had grown so much that it looked like a jungle in there. Unfortunately, I couldn't move just yet. One, I had to wait for my lease to finish, and that's in a few months. Two, even though I'm making good money now, I still don't have enough for what I want. When I move, I want a proper alchemy lab. Well ventilated and equipped with anything I could need. And a place for my plants and herbs.

I didn't feel sick to my stomach from seeing them, but they were just gross to look at. A slight part of me wanted to force myself to get used to it, since some potion recipes required monster materials to create, but I just couldn't do it.

"Yeah… I'll just adjust slowly." After a sigh, I headed into the forest. … Unfortunately, I didn't find another huffpall, but I did find some other herbs and mushrooms. All of which either sat planted in my gardening room or was stored in the fridge. … It was the cheapest preservation method I had. "Went for more concentration and less duration?" Thinking back to the materials I used, it was true that the tyulo herb I added was more like a short boost to focus rather than a long one.

"Should I add something that lengthens the duration…?" I started pondering different materials that I could add to increase the potion's quality but shook my head after a short while.

"No, no, I should focus on perfecting this recipe for now." Rather than continuing to change the recipe by adding more materials, I felt it was better to focus on perfecting what was already there. So, it was back to experimenting. This time, I wanted to see if I could still achieve D grade without using my skill at all. … Surprisingly, I could. Now, did that mean that my skill had no effect on the outcome quality of the potion? I didn't know.

But, even with that new info, I'd still use my skill when creating potions. Might as well use something if you have it, no? The next goal was to cut the quantity of materials used. …

"Hm… This is hard." To cut a long story short, I had no clue if it was working or not. Sometimes the potions would come out as D grade and other times they'd be E+ grade with the only noticeable difference being the duration. It was really inconvenient not having a skill that told me the specifics of the potion. There was a machine that could tell me, but that was extremely out of my budget. Sighing, I figured I wouldn't be able to optimize this recipe just yet.

Oh well, as long as it's D grade, I can sell it for a decent amount. I wasn't just making concentration potions, rather, I made and sold batches of the buff potions I used. Thanks to that, my point balance was looking extremely healthy.

My name on the awakener gallery still occasionally came up, but the hype had mostly died down. Well, for now. I was planning to cause another ruckus by challenging the second floor. From the clear videos I found out that the only difference between the first floor and second was the amount of goblins—There'd be ten hideous, green, monsters instead of five. My clear strategy wouldn't change. Just toss a dynokali potion at them and be done with it. Wow, explosions really are overpowered. I wasn't worried.

Though some anxiety still remained from challenging the tower, my ten floor one clears had driven most of it away. The little that remained was something that'd likely never go away. But before that, they were simply a friend who played games with her for years. Despite it only being the second floor, she couldn't help but worry. Bin was an alchemist, not someone who could fight. But there was nothing she could do but wait.
