Chương 180: Learning about the hundred continent meeting

Four figures suddenly appeared out of thin air in a certain area within the edges of the yin ghost forest. These four figures looked around in a slight daze, before their eyes flashed with excitement.

"We should be approaching the blue sky sect's mountains" Yan jian looked around and said, adding shortly after.

"We should be approaching a city, if I can still remember."

"What do we do now?" Hua Liuli asked.

"You mean what do we do. You should head back to your clan as I am pretty sure that you made them worry their heads off" Long Feng replied faintly.

"Oh!" Hua Liuli was immediately disheartened after remembering this.

"Say, does anyone knows how Long we have been in the Yin ghosts forest for?" Yan jian suddenly interrupted curiously. His question brought all of them back to their senses.

"The inter province competition!" Li Yue'er was the one who blurted this out.

"Oh shit. Did we missed it?" Yan jian exclaimed.

"We should have spent about two to three months within the yin ghost forest. And the inter province competition was supposed to begin one month after the blue sky sect's clear sky realm closes…" Hua Liuli made a weird face as she said this. Long Feng sighed.

"That was a month ago. We were too late" Yan jian also sighed.

"And I was planning on showing off my strength at the competition and beat up some young geniuses… how annoying!" His words earned weird gazes from the other three.

"You can still participate in the competition" Hua Liuli suddenly said after thinking for a moment.

"What is the true motive behind this inter province competition?" Long Feng asked. From Hua Liuli's words, this inter province competition was just a warm up and was also the connecting point.

All the forces in the four regions are free to come and spectate this competition.

After everything, the geniuses who stand out among their peers will be invited to various forces by the envoys and representatives of that force there. These geniuses will be taken to the four regions, where they will soar into the sky, though most of them crash down more often than not. The Yihua continent can also participate in this hundred continent meeting. Therefore, all the talented youths of the continent were made to participate in the inter province competition where the best among them are filtered out.

These geniuses are then taken to the Yihua clan, where a small competition takes place. Only ten out of all the talented youths in the whole continent are chosen at the end." Hua Liuli slowly explained everything to them.

"So that's how it is… the inter province competition was a farce all along" Long Feng nodded. Although this was unexpected, it was still not enough to surprise him.

"So the inter province competition is something like a qualifying round? Doesn't that means that we don't have the qualifications to join the further competitions?" Yan jian asked.

"Great!" Long Feng smiled. He wasn't really bothered about this competition thing as it wouldn't matter even if he didn't participate. "We will meet in one month then?"

"Mm. I really don't want to leave. The clan is far too boring. You guys should hurry up and come. I wouldn't mind you coming along right now too" Hua Liuli stared at Long Feng with a yearning look. Long Feng gently shook his head.

"I don't know about them, but I have something to do." He waved his hand as he said this and a small palace flew before him.
