Kyle walked inside the adventure guild. He greeted a casual acquaintance and headed straight for the task board. [F-Rank Quest: Drive Away Goblin Scouts] [Quest Info: Goblin scouts were spotted near several farms south of Mirevale town. 'Aren't there too many goblin quests? And the reward for a goblin's ear has gone up…' It seemed that the goblin disaster had gotten much worse during the period he was training. What cemented this impression was the conspicuous quest near the top of the board. Under normal circumstances, quests above D-rank don't appear on this board on the first floor. This is especially the case for a small branch like Mirevale. But now, there was a conspicuous quest near the top of the quest board.

'It seems that the guild is getting serious.' He thought with a solemn expression. Kyle's expression gradually turned serious. He carefully looked at the people in the guild hall and noticed some unusual elements.
'I've never seen many of those guys,' Kyle thought as he looked at the adventurers sitting throughout the hall. He even noticed a beautiful blonde elf lady among a team in the corner of the hall. They were talking and laughing. The elf seemed to notice his gaze as she glanced back; her azure eyes shone as they reflected sunlight. Kyle nodded at her before looking away. Thinking of the copper tag on her chest. Kyle became certain of his deduction.
'These guys aren't from Mirevale. Has the situation deteriorated to the point of asking for external help?' Kyle wondered. After looking around for a while, he shook his head and looked back at the quest board. He pondered for a moment before choosing the [E-Rank Quest: Annihilate Goblin Settlement]. Tearing the quest off the board, he walked towards Celia's counter.
"Good morning, Miss Celia. Please register this quest for me," Kyle greeted and said. Hearing such a familiar voice, Celia immediately raised her head. She had dark circles under her eyes, and her face was tinged with exhaustion, but she couldn't hide the look of surprise on her face.
"Kyle! It's been a while! Where have you been in the past 3 months? I was worried!" Celia said with a look of agitation on her face.
"Ah… Well, I was busy with something and didn't have the time to come to the guild; sorry for worrying you." Kyle was a bit embarrassed. He was so engrossed in training and investigating the Bloody Hand over the past three months that he completely forgot about Celia.
"You… You should have at least visited once in a while. I thought that something had happened to you since you completely disappeared. If you hadn't submitted the last E-rank quest before disappearing, I would have thought you died while completing it." Celia sighed and said, a trace of resentment appearing on her face. Just after she decided to try getting closer to this promising young man, he disappeared for months. She was worried sick.
"I'm sorry; I won't do it again." Kyle looked at Celia's reddened eyes and apologized. He couldn't bring himself to blame someone genuinely concerned about him.
"Sigh... What's happened, happened. Let's not talk about this anymore. You want to take this quest, right? Hmm, an E-rank quest? This is your second E-rank quest, right? You're getting closer and closer to completing the requirements for copper-class adventurers." Celia said as she registered the quest.
"Here you go," Celia said as she handed him a registered copy of the quest and a small map.
"Take this to the Khan village; they will guide you to the location of the settlement. They were the ones who entrusted this commission."
"Good luck, Kyle, and be careful. Those green-skinned creatures are very treacherous, especially when they gather in large numbers." Celia seriously said.
"I will." Kyle nodded and walked out of the adventure guild. He examined the map in his hands for a moment before walking towards the east gate of Mirevale, his shadow elongating as he moved towards his objective.
