Chương 51: Deed-51: Warrior

{November 2054 A. Y. Yokai Realm inside the academy} [Dungeon Level 95] [Bali [Age-16] (Spear) and Kalpana [Age-19] (Spear) inside level 95] [Even after spending several weeks walking they were unable to find anything in Dungeon Level 95] [Kalpana in a cutely annoyed tone] (Kalpana) Kalpana: For the past few months, all we have done is walk! Every day for two hours we just walked in this dungeon... [Bali with a smile] (Bali) Bali: Yes! It's kind of frustrating! Kalpana: It sure is frustrating!

Some of our classmates had encountered beasts and even killed them and chose the 100th level too! When will we find the beasts and go to 100th Level? Bali: Yeah, this dungeon is sure testing our patience! Kalpana: I want to use my spear to gain experience! I want to know what does a real fight to death means? I am really curious and excited for the day when I get to use my spear!!! Bali: Hmm... [Kalpana and Bali walks for a while] [Kalpana curiously asks] Kalpana: Hey, why did you choose the spear?

I have observed you a lot many times! You took 3 weeks to just learn the basics of a spear! You can't even hold the spear tightly! You can't even throw the spear with force to pierce through things!?! Kalpana: Isn't that demotivating? [Bali smiles with a bit embarrassed face] Kalpana: Yet, you continue to stick on to that Spear? Kalpana: Why is that? Why are you so insisted on using it? Even the clone instructor Ban advised you to use another weapon, why do you still want to hang on to the spear?

[Bali with a bit of embarrassment yet pride] Bali: A weapon is like a soulmate! Just because there are few clashes between you and your soulmate, you shouldn't leave them! You must still find reasons to cling on to them! Kalpana: That's fine, I agree with you but why the spear to begin with? [Bali with a bit discomfort starts explaining his reason while walking] Bali: Hmm... My father is a warrior whose weapon is Mace! He crushes his opponents' body into a pulp of flesh and blood!

Bali: Whenever my father fights, everyone around him encourages him to finish the enemy by breaking the enemy's spine, neck, legs and make a football by using the dead one's body! Bali: My father kills his opponents without any mercy, with so much cruelty and violence involved!!! Bali: One day, my best friend's father challenged my father for a duel in a bar! It was just a friendly duel! But, as my father was on high due to the alcohol! My father started beating the brakes off his opponent!

Bali: He even killed my best friend's father and made the football pulp of my best friend's dad body! His father was screaming, he was being tortured, yet no one helped him! Instead every one encouraged my father to torture him more!!! [Kalpana got creeps after imagining how his father kills] Kalpana: That's so tragic!!! Bali: Yeah, next day morning when I went to my friend's dad funeral. There I saw how everyone was crying by looking at the pulp of flesh. It was so disgusting!

Many puked many a times at that funeral! Bali: My friend's mother was sobbing! As no one can tell whose body was it? That's how badly my father killed him! My friend's father was a nice person! [Bali with a bit rage] Bali: No matter how evil a person is, we don't have any right to kill someone in a way which would make the dead one's loved one uncomfortable even to hug or touch the corpse for one last time!

Bali: It was a sight which no one can see, even the strongest soldiers of our nation got afraid and puked on seeing that pulp of corpse, that's how badly my dad killed my friend's dad! Bali: Who gave us the right to kill something? Even if we have to kill someone, we shouldn't kill them by making them suffer or torture them like that! [Kalpana with a bit of anger and confusion] Kalpana: Then why are you here? Why to even have a weapon? Become a monk? Why to become a strong person?

[Bali smirks] Bali: I belong to a clan of warriors! That's my blood line and tradition! Who am I to break my tradition and legacy!!! Bali: We were taught to kill the enemies for protecting our loved ones! I am not against the idea of killing or wars! I am against the idea of torturing people! Why to torture someone? If you want to kill, just kill them! There's no need to torture them if you want to kill them, anyway!

Bali: I am a warrior and my grandparents and my elder generations have always been a short-ranged fighters! In our family tradition, we consider long-range weapons are nothing but a coward's way of fighting! Bali: Hence, my mother won't let me choose Guns, Bows or artillery kind of weapons! I can choose only swords, mace, clubs, claws, spears, chained weapons or MMA etc,. Bali: Using swords or kusarigama means I have to cut off opponents into half, cut off their limbs or behead, that's like a torture!

Mace, Flail, Staff, Martial art techniques, Nan-chak and Clubs crushes the skulls and bones, it's so cruel! Bali: Claws pluck out flesh, veins, nerves and internal organs which is cruelty too! Like this, every weapon is destined to torture your enemy!!! Bali: But by using a spear, all I have to do is just pierce the enemy's heart in a single blow and finish! Then the dead body would look like it is just sleeping there! I think it's a better way to kill someone! As I don't need to torture them!

[Kalpana was shocked with his reasoning but still she was confused why does he wants to fight?] Kalpana: I am sorry, I shouldn't have pried into your decision! [Bali smiles] Bali: That's fine, it was the reason why I took so much time in learning the basic moves! As all I need is to strike one opponent one time, only! Hence, I was trying to master that basic move! Kalpana: You sure are amazingly awesome kind of weirdo!!! [Bali laughs out] Bali: I do get that a lot!

[Kalpana laughs too] Bali: Why did you choose the Spear? Kalpana: Ahh, that's because it was kind of cool looking and I can use it for long and short ranged fights! That's it! No great reasons or motives like you! Bali: You could have chosen chained weapons instead, why Spear? Kalpana: Chained weapons can reflect back while Spear only goes in the direction towards which I throw them! Chained weapons like Kusarigama needs lots of practice!

Bows have strings, if the string gets cut, then I am hopeless and I am allergic to gun powder! Kalpana: All I want is to become strong instantly, I don't need to become the best warrior like you! All I want is to get the license to travel anywhere and explore the realms and world! Kalpana: I am here to become strong and protect myself from the wild beasts if I ever lost anywhere! I only wanted a weapon for long and short ranged fights and spear sure suited my imagination and it's kind of stylish, that's it!!!

No great traditions or reasons involved! [Bali and Kalpana smiles and walks] [After walking for few minutes] Bali: Stop! Kalpana: What? Bali: See there, beast wolves! [Kalpana enthusiastically] Kalpana: Finally, something to fight!!! [Bali sighs with a bit discomfort] [Kalpana smiles] Kalpana: No need to worry, I will kill them without torturing them or involving cruelty!!! Bali: Thank you, it's very much appreciated!!! Kalpana: I don't know what kind of warrior you will end up being!?!

[Bali and Kalpana smiles] Kalpana: I will strike them first! Just follow my lead!!! Bali: As you say! [Kalpana shouts out and runs towards wolf beasts] [Kalpana goes and triple stabs the beasts with her spear and lift those beasts up and throws out the beasts] [Bali's inner voice: How amazing? I have never seen such strong woman! She lifted 3 beasts with her spear! How much thrusting force did she use to do that?] [Kalpana threw her spear towards the pack of beasts and that spear killed 7 beasts] [Bali's inner voice: What? Is she really a yokai? What a great strength! She sure is strong!!!] [The beasts started running away from Kalpana] [Bali runs swiftly and stabs all the running beasts, exactly at their hearts] [After 15 minutes all the beasts were killed] Kalpana: How many did you kill? Bali: 11! You? Kalpana: 45! I sure have a lot to develop!

I wanted to lift 7 beasts with my spear and my spear didn't pierce though 15 beasts as I wanted! I have to become much stronger!!! Bali: Hmm, Thank you! For not torturing them!!! Kalpana: Sure! I would never kill something by torturing them! That's not ladylike, or my type or cute type! [Bali smiles] Bali: Thank you!!! [Kalpana enthusiastically] Kalpana: Come, let's go and collect the diamonds!!! Bali: Yeah!!!

[Kalpana and Bali touches the diamonds and gets teleported back to canteen and later chooses 100th level Dungeon] ----Meet you in the next deed, Guys
