Chương 17: Deed-17: Prince's Request

{Human Realm, Year 1999 A. Y.} [Daitengu enters into Ram's Home] Daitengu: I know this presence! It has to be them! [Ram was sleeping on his bed] [Daitengu gives memory and astral vision back to Ram] [Ram wakes up and shouts out of shock] Ram: NARAYANA!!! Ram: NARAYANA! What did I just do? [Daitengu in a formal and respected manner] Daitengu: You are being summoned to the Yokai Realm! Please follow me, after wearing appropriate clothes! [Ram with rage] Ram: Who are you? Yeah! It was you who stole my memory, right?

Daitengu: Yes! My Lord ordered me to do so! Now my lord has asked me to bring you to the palace! [Ram with a bit of fear] Ram: Is Angel there? Daitengu: If you are talking about the princess, then rest assured! She is safe in the palace and waiting for you! Ram: How can I face her, NARAYANA? Ram: I won't be coming! Please leave... Daitengu: Princess wants to talk to you! If you don't come, she said that she would kill herself!

Y.} [Daitengu and Ram enter the Palace's Courtroom] [INSIDE NAIMISHA KINGDOM PALACE's Courtroom] [Ojas and Angel were sitting on their thrones] [Only a few soldiers and followers of Ojas were present in the courtroom] [Ram was unable to make eye contact with Angel, he was looking at the floor while standing in front of the empty King's throne] [Ojas while sitting on the prince's throne with pride] Ojas: I am Ojas! Prince of this NAIMISHA Kingdom!!! Ojas: Are you the one called as Ram?

Ram: Yes, King Nobita is no more... [The courtroom was filled with whisperings and murmurings] Ojas: Silence!!! [Ojas was hurt too, but he wanted to save his sister. So, he continued questioning instead of grieving. As all of them were under the impression that King Nobita might have died. They have just got confirmation now. Even in pain, Ojas continued speaking as his love towards his sister was much greater] Ojas: Then what? Ram: As she was going to kill herself out of despair and hopelessness, I gave her a reason to live! I asked her to continue living! Ram: I asked her to forget the past and start a new life with me. Hence, I gave her a new name "Angel"!!!

So that she will not live in the past and leave her past to start a new future with me, but... [Ojas interrupts Ram] Ojas: Then why can't you leave your past and become her man? [Ram with a guilty tone] Ram: Because I have slept with another woman! I can't cheat that woman with whom I slept... [Ojas in a convincing tone] Ojas: That woman can find a new partner! Ram: Humans get divorced due to various reasons... [Ojas interrupts] Ojas: But Yokai never take divorces they just die instead! [Ojas stands and bows down in front of Ram, while all the members of the courtroom get shocked and immediately bow down too] Ojas: So, please marry my sister! I beg you! [Ram turns his head away and with a guilty tone] Ram: I can't help you in any way! I can't play with someone's life! Ram: While that human was sleeping with me, she trusted me to the core! I can't break her trust...

[Ojas while bowing down to Ram] Ojas: Please marry my sister! That human might find someone else, but my sister won't find anyone else! Ojas: She will just die if you don't become her husband!!! [Ram in frustration and with anger upon himself, started talking the words which he didn't mean at all!!!] Ram: I am aware of all the grave mistakes I did! Everything started when I got angry with your sister! It was that moment when I realized that it was all infatuation!

[Ram was becoming more and more terrified to make eye contact with Angel while speaking] Ram: I scolded her so badly that she went to the Yokai Realm! If I had really loved her! I would have stopped her! [Angel while listening to those words starts approaching Ram] Ram: The moment when I stopped caring about her words anymore, the moment when I didn't cry while she was weeping! At that very moment, I realized that... [Ram with broken words] Ram: I don't love her anymore! It was all lust!

There was never love to begin with! I hate her! [Angel stands in front of Ram and while crying asks] Angel: Do you really hate me? [Ram didn't mean that, yet he said it] Ram: Yes! I don't love you anymore... [Angel smiles and with her right hand, lifts Ram's chin] Angel: Then kill me! [Ram in complete despair and with hopeless expression] [Angel in a soothing tone] Angel: At least, let me die in your hands! You can do it, right? I am not a human! No one will accuse you of killing me! Please kill me, Ram...

[Ram in a low voice] Ram: I won't... Angel: Then become mine! Please forget about your past! Start living for me... [Ram shouts out of guilt] Ram: I can't... Angel: Then would you promise me that you will continue living after going back to the Human Realm? ----Meet you in next deed, Guys
