But once they took the first bite, the rest came quickly. I smiled as they all demolished the cake slices in front of them. Once they finished, I saw Jim make the most satisfied face I've seen him make. I guess that's the sign of a Chef completely at peace with what he's fed someone? And to his credit, all of the girls had a similar look in their eyes. I could tell it was the look of them wanting more cheesecake." So, your impressions?"" Can I have some more?" with that, I checked all four dishes as successes, and I ended the night feeling happy. And the taste testers went to bed with 2 or 3 slices of cheesecake in their bellies.
