The cat is holding the shower head in one hand and a bottle of shampoo in the other as it gyrates and croons silently to an unknown song whilst staring meaningfully into her eyes. She presses her mouth into a firm line. She glances across the conference table at Nigel. He raises an eyebrow in challenge at her. She sits forward in her seat. Game on. The monthly team meetings are simultaneously the most boring and most fun meeting in her calendar.

While Claire drones on about achievements and targets no-one but senior management care about, Nigel and Cara engage in their monthly meme war. The goal is simple, get the other person to inappropriately snigger or draw attention to themselves before the meeting breaks for the team-building task. Cara is on a two-month winning streak. The cat rides the unicorn as if it were a bucking horse, waving its cowboy hat above its head and howling like a wolf at the moon. Nigel hides his smirk behind his hand as he pretends to scratch his nose. Having composed himself, he catches her eye and shrugs, then looks back at his laptop. She glances at the PowerPoint presentation on the big screen as she waits for his counter meme.

Claire is saying something about overdue cyber security training.
