Lucas had never experienced this kind of pain before, the enormous energy from the Nogitsune was like a sun. One that was almost too big to swallow and absorb, nevertheless he gritted his teeth, and went through what Lucas felt like he was undergoing a life evolution. Cracking sounds could be heard from his body as he slowly shrank back to his human form.

Now he felt like he was a higher species, and when he finally got the information about his new ability, he raised his head and smiled. He then looked back and saw the others finally getting back to their senses.

"Was it really you?! The one responsible for all of this?!" Scott shouted as he gestured around while gazing at Stiles on the ground. Lucas' face didn't change at his accusation, he couldn't care less about the feelings of Scott McCall.

"The Nogitsune was the one responsible." Scott's face twitched in anger as he could see the dismissal in Lucas' tone. That expression that he didn't even try to cover up that he was the one that really set free the Nogitsune.

"What about Stiles?! What about the man that was killed in the school?!" Lucas glanced at Stiles on the ground and he felt like he was breathing fine, just exhausted from what happened.

"Stiles is fine, as for the dead man? I would have killed him myself if I had the chance."

"But Stiles wouldn't want to be someone like us!" Scott pointed towards Stiles on the ground. A grin formed on Lucas' mouth as he spoke in a mocking tone.

"Is it really like this? Or you wouldn't want this so that you can still feel special.." Of course Lucas knew that Scott was really concerned about Stiles, but he wasn't a school counselor who would patiently listen and then try to explain himself. Scott's face became pale and just as he was about to retort he felt a sudden blow to his neck and fell helplessly to the floor. Malia took back her hand and shrugged at their stunned expressions.

"What? He was too noisy." Lydia slapped her head, and Allison and Lucas chuckled. Lucas even gave a wink as a sign of praise. Suddenly he looked around as he felt like he had forgotten something.

"Did you guys see Harris?" While the others looked around, Lydia nodded and pointed toward the exit.

"He ran long ago." Looking at the exit Lucas wasn't sure what to do, he was quite tempted to kill Harris, since he was pretty sure that he worked with the Nogitsune. And in the original timeline, he had quite a bad record, but Lucas eventually threw that thought away for now as Harris wasn't that important. He then looked at Lydia and he could see that her eyes longed for answers too.

"We will talk about this tomorrow, for now let's just get some rest." Lydia rubbed her eyes and nodded, then Lucas grabbed Scott and Stiles as if they were groceries and started walking.
