I enjoyed how happy you were. It was really cute." After I said that, Anna calmed down and we talked in a cheery way until the carriage dropped us off at the city gates. Since I wasn't with a celebrity this time, I was the only one who had to disguise myself. After I fully transformed from the Potion, we simply walked right into the city after paying the entrance fee. Though, taking a look at me, I could tell that I looked a bit different. I had blue hair and eyes, along with an extra arm...

Well, not an arm exactly. It was a stump, like an arm was there, but then it was cut off... I guess I could say it had to be removed for a medical reason or something? We leisurely made our way to the theater as I thought about that and spoke to Anna. And in no time at all, we were seated in the upper left part of the audience. The theater was gigantic. About the size of a stadium from my world. And in the center of the theater, a giant stage with giant red drapes hiding where the actors were could be seen by all.

As I took in the view, Anna leaned to me and began to speak." This play is done by the 2nd most popular troupe in Diablos! They're going to be doing one of their more famous stories! I hope you enjoy it!"" Wow, this is a really big deal isn't it!? I mean, they must travel all around the Country in order to perfect their Skills and spread their troupe's name. We're super lucky to be able to see them on our rest day." Anna nodded her head with enthusiasm.

Before we could continue the conversation, the room darkened, and the play began. It started slowly and was set in an age from the annuls of Gaia's history. It seems to take place during the reign of the 44th King, Salar the unlucky. He appeared to be a strong King, but wasn't the brightest. The play is about his travails trying to find a Queen and defend against all the different invaders of Diablos, from Humans to Dark Elves. He was able to repel them in the end. He eventually finds a wife and has 4 daughters.

At the end of his reign, he defends an orphaned boy from a Dragon who randomly attacked Diablos. He was able to vanquish the Dragon but lost an arm and a leg. He retired to a quiet villa in the Western part of Diablos after the battle. Surrounded by his family and the orphan boy who he adopted after saving him. He lived out the rest of his life as a respected figure in Diablos. It was a charming story. The lead actor really got across Salar's drive to protect his Country.

Why do I bring this up? Because after calming down from the play ending, Anna noticed and began to panic. I couldn't help but think how cute she was acting, but I kept that to myself. Once Anna had calmed down, she asked to take a walk in a park that was close to the theater we had just left.

While we walked to the park, we talked about the play. From watching it, I asked why Salar was called the unlucky. Since at the end of the day, he was able to live out his days in peace after retiring. Anna answered my question." It is because Demon's value the Ability to Fight. She opened it to show a variety of sandwiches. She then pulled out what looked like a thermos and began to speak." I made the sandwiches this morning! In this container is water to drink! Please take your time and enjoy, John!"" Thank you in advance, Anna. It all looks great!" After we had finished eating, Anna put the basket and the cloth away. Then we decided to head to the shopping district. Anna wanted to see if there was anything worth buying. As we walked, we had fun watching all the locals pass us by.

The walking was enjoyable for the both of us. Before long, we had made it to the shopping district. Anna and I went through a few of the stores, Anna and I ended up in a general store that seemed to sell a bit of everything. While Anna was looking through pairs of gloves, I was able to take a look around the store as well. I still had quite the sum left over from the funds given to me for my date with Sarah.

As I looked around, I found a few things that spoke to me, but I did find something that I knew would be a perfect thank you gift for my date partner today. A blue cooking apron that was of good quality. I decided to grab it for Anna, seeing as she's always cooking for me and I'd like to thank her every chance I can. Her food is delicious after all. I hoped that she would like it. I found a container that had hard candies in it.

I figured I could get the candy for Warrick and Aqua, to let them know I am thankful for everything they had done as well. Last but not least, I found a black hairband that I felt would be good for Sarah. While Anna was finishing up a deal, I was able to buy the 3 items and return to her. In the end, Anna bought a pair of gloves and some seasonings that looked interesting. I couldn't help but notice how home oriented Anna seemed to be.

Now that I think about it, even when she was in her Maid Uniform, she used different cleaning and cooking techniques to see which was better for my room and my palate. After the shopping was done, Anna and I began to walk back to where the carriage would pick us up. After we arrived, we noticed that we were a bit early. Seeing as we were alone, I figured now would be a good time to broach that topic I mentioned to Sarah. It seemed Anna was mildly concerned at my silence. She looked at me with a worried expression.

She began to speak to me, obviously trying to find out what I was thinking about in the moment." John, did you have fun today?" Oh no! She thinks I had a bad time! I spoke with a panic in my voice!" Yes! I had a great time!" Her expression seemed to imply she didn't believe me fully. Thankfully I have the perfect counter for her mood! I quickly pull the apron out of the bag I had in my hands. I begin to speak as well." You see Anna, I have 2 things I want to do right now. The first is this."

I present her the apron. Thank God, she's surprised in a good way. I begin to speak in a calmer tone." While you were shopping, I was able to find that. I wanted to gift it to you as a thank you, for this date and for all that you do for me. I hope that you like it..." Anna began to smile as she looked at the apron, she took it from my hands ever so gently. She began to speak to me after carefully placing the apron in her Storage." Yes, John. I like it a lot. If I'm being honest, I'd like anything you gift me.""

Well, I guess I need to make sure the gifts I give you will be really good from now on." Anna was a lot more relaxed now. I hated to spring something serious on her right now, but better late than never and if I'm wrong, we can just pretend this never happened. I begin to speak with a bit of an apprehensive tone to Anna." Anna... I'm not really sure how to talk about this, so if you could, bear with me for this." Anna looked at me confused. I continued speaking."
