Meno ran through the Divine options until his thoughts started circling back to the same advantages and problems, just arranged differently. He was not getting anywhere, so he opened the Veyrath forums instead. The previous tier list had been a massive success by Meno's standards. People argued about it, clipped it, insulted it and copied it, which meant the obvious solution was to make another one. Meno created a new post.

"Not everyone enjoys the swing-only playstyle. Other classes can scale too, but weaker players are using them, so the classes are flying under the radar." Meno's phone-link rang with Thorn calling at the perfect time, so he accepted immediately.

"I've decided," Meno said. Kestrel looked over.

"Then say it." Tyrant just killed Velnir in 24. 4 seconds. Divine Ascension was irreversible, Mortal Pantheon couldn't fix it, and none of the options provided enough information to prove they would improve what he already had. Trading away Swing Master Tyrant EX with Chain Madness for mystery power was bad optimization.

"Dude. Are you serious?" The world disappeared. One moment Meno was looking at Velnir's corpse, the loot beams cutting through the crater, and the others standing around him. The next, everything was black. Then a voice rolled through the darkness from every direction at once. Meno Varsh, do you not enjoy my world? Nobody in the call spoke. Meno had never heard the voice before, but he did not need an introduction. Solar was speaking to him directly for the first time. Why do you seek to destroy it?

The words repeated through the void, quieter the second time, each one hanging longer in the silence. Meno Varsh, do you not enjoy my world? Why do you seek to destroy it? Meno answered without looking away.

"What did you do?!" Kestrel shouted.

"I knew it," Karmabeast groaned.

"I absolutely, 100% knew this was going to happen." Meno stared at the ban message while their voices kept coming through the collab.

"Wait. You guys got banned too? Really?"

"This is not fun-fun," Arayu said. Meno climbed out of his capsule and dropped into the chair in front of his monitor, switching his camera on. The other Streamline windows followed as Karmabeast, Kestrel, BrineSaint, and Arayu appeared one by one after climbing out of their own capsules. He should have been losing his mind over a permanent ban, especially after realizing Solar had taken everyone else with him. Instead, satisfaction settled in.

If Solar had gone this far because of what Meno had done, then he had clearly pushed Veyrath hard enough to matter.

"So what now?" Karmabeast asked.

"Feltforge fixes it," Kestrel said.

"There is absolutely no shot this stands." Meno opened the Veyrath website. Veyrath Status: Online Player Access: Revoked Players: 0 Meno stopped moving the mouse as the realization hit: Solar had not banned their group. It had banned Veyrath.

"Well, the real treasure was the friends we made along the way," Arayu said.

"Said nobody serious ever. Lame."

"At least we finished strong," BrineSaint said.

"The rankings froze before the bans. We're all at the top."

"This will get reversed," Kestrel said.

"It can't just ragequit and ban every player because it lost control."

"Legit ragequit," Karmabeast said.

"We deleted the current content, unlocked power strong enough to delete unreleased content, and kept asking for more. It waved the flag." Meno opened the leaderboard Solar had frozen in place. The familiar names that had spent so long fighting over the top ranks were all below them. The board had ended with the same five players who were standing over Velnir's corpse when Veyrath went dark.

"Bro," Karmabeast said. Meno looked at his name sitting at rank one.

"I got both."
