Guangxin City was the seat of the Jiaozhou Prefectural Government. It was located on the banks of the Yu River. The city walls were not high, but they were quite sturdy.

Two rows of soldiers stood at the city gate, their armor crooked and worn, clearly indicating they hadn't seen much combat.
