"Vanessa?"

"You… you're awake?" Fisk's entire body trembled, and his voice shook with emotion. The overwhelming relief and disbelief he felt at that moment were beyond words. "Don't worry, Vanessa. I'll find out everything," Fisk vowed in a low, determined voice. Whoever had targeted Vanessa would face his wrath.

"Mr. Fisk, it seems Mrs. Vanessa is now fine; if that's the case, I'll take my leave," Helen said, standing up to leave.

"Dr. Cho, you've truly opened my eyes—no, you've left me in awe!" Fisk approached Helen, looking at her with something akin to reverence.
