"Anyone living within my domain is a Golden Sap Citizen. You can live on the Moon, Ceperet, or Nualis. Soon, Vorathen will be open for those who want to colonize a new planet." This simple answer surprised not only Rhex but also all those who came from the Moon. Rhex asked again for confirmation.

"You mean… we can participate in Ceperet politics and take positions of power?" Liu Shu nodded calmly.
